Processing Times

• Print-on-demand items: 3–7 business days
• In-stock books: 2 business days

Processing times refer to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and do not include transit time.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after confirmed delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
