REFUND POLICY

Because many of our products are made-to-order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Shipping delays outside our control
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at Lauren@whatswineisyours.net and provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Failure to contact us within 7 days of delivery may result in denial of the claim.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method.

Books are final sale unless damaged in transit.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Replacement orders due to customer address errors may require additional payment.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in dispute documentation being submitted to the payment processor.
